This Board hears all applications/appeals for special permits, variances or appeals from an alleged error by the Code Enforcement Officer. Meetings are held on the 1st Monday of each month if there are matters to be reviewed. The meetings are held at the Town Municipal Building, 9021 North Seneca Street, Weedsport, New York.
