An Agricultural Data Statement must be completed if a proposed project involves a Special Use Permit, Site Plan, Use Variance or Subdivision which occurs on property within an agricultural district containing a farm operation or is on property with boundaries within 500 feet of a farm operation located within an agricultural district. This process is required by Section 305 (a) of the Agriculture and Markets Law. The reviewing board must determine any possible impacts of the proposed project on the surrounding farm operations within the agricultural district.
